We support neurodivergent young people and adults aged 11-30. This includes individuals with Autism, ADHD, social anxiety, or those who feel they need a safe, inclusive community to build social confidence.
No formal diagnosis is required. We understand that getting a diagnosis can be a long process. If you identify as neurodivergent or feel our groups would benefit you, you are more than welcome.
Most of our social catch-ups have a small fee (e.g., £5) to help cover venue costs. However, we aim to keep our sessions as accessible as possible. Check specific programme details for costs.
It’s very relaxed! There’s no pressure to perform. You can chat, play games, or just enjoy being in a space where everyone "gets it." We always have staff on hand to make introductions and help you feel comfortable.
Every donation directly fuels our mission. We use funds to secure safe venue hires, provide trained support resources for our members, and subsidise activities to ensure our community remains accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
Fuel Our Future
Every penny supports venue hire and trained resources for our members.
